Our story begins in 2017 when Guest House La Maria was born of the desire to offer our guests a little piece of heaven, which perfectly combines tradition, scenic landscapes, peace of nature, traditional food prepared as before and the comfort of home.
Our Guest House is located at 500m altitude, being a wooden construction both inside and outside, having a rustic and comfortable air as it suits a traditional Romanian house.
The rooms located in front of the Guest House generously offer wonderful landscapes where you can see the proud ridges of the Parang mountains (Peak Cerbul, Peak Parangul Mare and Peak Papusa), while the rooms located at the back offer a view of the park with a small waterfall, coloristic of nature, in total we have 10 rooms, all equipped with private bathroom.
For us, relaxation means a garden with hammocks, Dacian tubes and sunbeds, outdoor activities such as table tennis, billiards, air hockey, to which is added the peace of nature, a colorful landscape and a warm and friendly atmosphere.Of course, we cannot forget to mention the small park with colorful peacocks next to the small waterfall that greets our guests right at the entrance to the Guest House.
The air smells daily of fresh bread, baked on the hearth, along with traditional Romanian dishes that Maria prepares only from organic products grown in her own garden such as fruits and vegetables.
